Using a random sample of the industry, a detailed structured questionnaire was fielded to 209 contact center managers and directors in June and July 2010. Analysis of the results was carried out in August and September 2010. The result: the 4th edition of the largest and most comprehensive study of all aspects of the contact center industry.
