Making a Mark at the NECCF Conference and Expo

On June 13th, 2017 Enghouse Interactive was represented at the 16th Annual North East Contact Center Forum (NECCF) Conference and Expo in central Massachusetts. Since the conference is the only local event of its kind, it was the perfect stage to showcase what Enghouse Interactive has to offer when it comes to contact center technology. The Enghouse products were in front of potential partners, new and existing customers, and vendors that work complementary with the Enghouse software. While Gillette Stadium (home to Superbowl champs, the New England Patriots) served as the host location- vendors and attendees were invited to network and socialize between breakout sessions, guest speakers, and the gourmet 3 course lunch. The NECCF Expo proved to be the perfect set up to meet with customers face to face and get our brand in front of so many attendees. While it was great to have meaningful conversations around what Enghouse Interactive has to offer, there were no Tom Brady or Giselle sightings.
