Richard Snow, VP and Research Director of Ventana Research, has posted two blog entries about Enghouse Interactive in the last few months. The first post, “Enghouse Expands Its Portfolio of Contact Center Vendors” discusses the hosted and premise-based contact center offerings from Enghouse Interactive. He concludes the article, saying:

The most recent post, “Enghouse Interactive Contact Center Products Offer a Range of Capabilities” provides a deeper look at the Enghouse Interactive product portfolio. He concludes his article with the following:
Enghouse Interactive has built a varied portfolio of stand-alone products that support interaction handling. There is evidence that it is beginning some rationalization, which in order to compete successfully in the market I feel is evitable, so that it can maintain the level of investment required to keep each product competitive. In the short term, companies looking to improve interaction-handling should evaluate Enghouse’s products on their own merits and, as I will, keep asking question about the future roadmap.
