Arc Premium Release 5.1.3

Today, Arc Solutions unveiled Arc Premium release 5.1.3, which includes powerful new features for the market-leading Arc Premium software for Cisco Unified Communications Manager. Arc Premium version 5.1.3 is the latest version of Arc’s enhanced professional operator center and interactive management software.

The latest version of Arc Premium builds upon valuable features like live presence integration with Cisco and Microsoft, SMS messaging, and Click-2-Dial functionality, adding new options to improve operator accuracy and efficiency. The “personalized directory groups” feature enables operators to create tabs in the operator console window, containing a combination of contacts from the full directory. Using Arc Premium, operators can quickly search for contacts that share characteristics like company, location, department or skills, further improving call handling time.

Included in the release are an updated user interface and directory transfer capability for Arc’s call center solution, Call Connect. Users now have the ability to launch URLs for Web sites, help pages, intranet, and company directories to assist agents with answering questions and transferring calls.
