Avaya Partner Community Council – 11 & 12 October
This week Chris Bain represented Datapulse, part of Enghouse Interactive, at the Partner Community Council (PCC) event in Nice, France. The 38th PCC event for channel partners of Nortel and Avaya, Datapulse has been a long-time supporter and sponsor of the event.
Over 150 Avaya and Nortel channel representatives from across Europe and the Middle East traveled to Nice, France to share experiences, listen to the latest updates from Avaya and DevConnect partners like Datapulse, as well as network with friends, colleagues, and business partners. Chris Bain had the opportunity to address the attendees during the event. His presentation was focused on customer interaction management, and the audience responded enthusiastically to the latest developments around call handling in operator environments and bringing the operator functionality to the Avaya contact center.
Datapulse has introduced Intuition X console for Avaya CM and CS1000 to its portfolio, and has been demonstrating the product’s capabilities to captivated Avaya conference attendees.
