Communications Center Administration Foundation Training December 5-7, 2017

The three-day Administration Foundation course is vital if you want to get the most out of your Enghouse Interactive contact center. Nobody knows your business as well as you do and nobody else will understand the unique problems you face getting calls answered in a timely manner and by the best agents. This class is designed for administrators of the Communications Center system and for contact center managers who want to improve the efficiency of their contact center and improve the caller experience.

This will be an in-depth, hands-on training for students to learn everything from adding new agents, adding and configuring new queues, setting up progress announcements, working with callbacks, creating and recording auto attendants, building Snapshot templates and mastering security.

Attendees will be introduced to features and products that they may not yet completely understand or even know exist.
