Meet Manny at CX Week Canada!

Today we’re chatting with Manny Rocha, Regional Sales Manager with Enghouse Interactive about CX week Canada, coming up in Toronto August 21-24, 2017. Hi Manny! What is your role within Enghouse Interactive?

I’m the Regional Sales Manager at Enghouse Canada, with over 25 years of operational and sales experience in different IT disciplines including Contact Centers, Unified Communications, Networks, Security, Cloud, to name a few. I’m an influential and action-oriented Leader with a proven track record for surpassing results, strategically orchestrates human and technological resources to bring new and innovative solutions to customers.

What are you looking forward to the most at CX Week Canada?

I am looking forward to meeting as many Customer Experience practitioners as possible and having an honest and straight forward conversation on how their contact center can play a major role in increasing their customers satisfaction, regardless of the media, with every interaction. I’m also looking forward to learn more about their pain points and challenges they are facing in their current environment.

How do you plan to bring Enghouse Interactive awareness to the Canadian Market?

In order to build awareness in Canada we are building a customer centric, partner engaged go to market model. What I mean by that, build a Partner echo system that takes our solutions to their customers, at the same time utilizing direct customer sales engagements, Inside sales team, social media, trade media, industry consultants and trade shows such as CX Week Canada.

How do you see Enghouse Interactive benefiting the CX Week Canada attendees? 

I believe in sharing information, thus the benefit to the CX Week Canada attendees stopping by our booth talking and engaging with us, they will walk away saying or thinking that we shared something with them that they either didn’t know, where not aware or think of it that way before talking to Enghouse Interactive.

In your eyes, what sets Enghouse Interactive apart from competitors? 

What sets Enghouse Interactive apart from our competitors is simply CHOICE and CONTROL. We give our customers choice whether they chose Premise based, Managed or Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, Cloud and choice of Communication systems like Microsoft Skype for Business, Cisco, Avaya, etc. Control how they purchase, utilizing Subscription or perpetual pricing at very competitive price points.
