Today, we announced our latest release of the CallRex Quality Management Suite, version 4.3. We are particularly proud of this release, as we see this as an essential milestone for us, due to the breadth of the content we have added and the extent of the additional value our product suite delivers to customers. Not only have we made enhancements to some existing features but we’ve built in all new critical business functionality. We have invested in and improved the CallRex Quality Management Suite as the demands of the market have changed and the needs of our customers shift as they grow.
A few notable additions for this release include:
- A whole new reporting infrastructure
- Extended functionality for archiving operations
- New Active Directory integration
- Support for Microsoft’s Hyper-V server virtualization

What is even more exciting about version 4.3 is that we continue to aggressively build out our product offering while maintaining our long-held commitment to be competitively priced. We maintain a simple inclusive price model for our bundled suite as well as for the separate components such as call recording, desktop monitoring, and agent evaluation.
We are already at work on our next major release that is scheduled for early in 2013, where we plan to expand the flexibility and capabilities of our desktop monitoring solution as well as adding new ways for manager to monitor and evaluate the performance of their agents.
