With the current weather situation across numerous parts of the world, we want to take a minute to remind you that Enghouse has a Self Service Portal that can come in handy in the event of a natural disaster, power outage, or an everyday technical support issue. All registered customers of Enghouse can sign up to use the portal. This will allow you to Open/View/Update tickets for your company as well as have access to our knowledgebase. Registration is easy as 1-2-3!
1. Open a browser window and navigate to the address here: https://mysupport.enghouseinteractive.com/
2. Once there, click on the Register button to sign up (top right corner.) You will need your personalized contact ID along with your company email address to register
3. Once you have registered, you have access to the Incident Management tab for any products your site has. (You can also access our Knowledgebase once you are logged into MySupport.)
