Take a Tour — Flagging Calls
For those wanting to learn more about CallRex Call Recording software, we have posted some new video “how-to” clips. Today, I wanted to highlight the video on flagging calls.
You may choose to flag calls to indicate that you have already reviewed a call recording, or perhaps you want to add account numbers or other pertinent information in order to retrieve the call in the future. One flag can be input per call recording, and once you flag a call, that information stays with the recording from that point forward.
In the CallRex Call Recording software, the flags are completely customizable for your business needs. There are two types of flag values within CallRex: user definable, and predefined. The user definable flags allow your agents or CallRex users to input information into a free-form text box. This option works best for transaction numbers or account numbers. The predefined flags, on the other hand, are created by a CallRex administrator and are presented to users as a drop-down list.
