One of the highlights of version 4.0 is the Web-based user interface. Using the Web-based interface, authorized users can view the real-time status of every IP phone in the system, as well as record, monitor, retrieve, and playback calls.

Built on Microsoft Silverlight technology, the 4.0 client is supported on any Sliverlight-compatible browser running on a supported operating system. Supported browsers include: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6, 7, or 8, FireFox 2 or 3, Apple Safari 3 or 4, and Google Chrome.

With CallRex 4.0, the CallRex Server is supported on Windows Server 2008 x86, Windows Server 2008 x64, and Windows Server 2008 x64 R2 (depending upon your IP PBX). CallRex 4.0 also has expanded support for Microsoft Lync Server 2010.

Telrex also introduced the CallRex Quality Management Suite, a workforce optimization solution that integrates Telrex’s call recording, computer recording, and agent evaluation software in a single suite.
