Our developers have been quite busy lately, completing third party interoperability testing with Cisco Unified Communications Manager – Enterprise version 8.5, and internally testing CallRex version 4.1 against Avaya Application Enablement Services (AES) version 4.2.
CallRex Call Recording version 4.1 has recently passed interoperability testing with Cisco Unified Communications Manager – Enterprise version 8.5. Certification testing was completed by a third party vendor. The certification effort successfully validated the CallRex Call Recording software functionality with call recording via forked audio and packet-sniffing using Cisco’s Skinny protocol. The two call recording options provide greater flexibility for customers to capture voice interactions using CallRex Call Recording in a manner suitable to their Cisco network environment. Avaya: Telrex has recently completed internal testing of CallRex Call Recording version 4.1 on Avaya Application Enablement Services version 4.2.
